Welcome to the Cape Arundel Inn! Built in 1895, this historic bed and breakfast is the only oceanfront inn and restaurant in Kennebunkport, Maine offering a one hundred and eighty degree view of the Atlantic Ocean. Twelve of our fourteen rooms feature incredible ocean views with seven having balconies overlooking the crashing surf and glorious blue sea.

The Cape Arundel Inn is a boutique hotel property unique to Maine. Situated in a quiet neighborhood of grand and stately summer mansions on Ocean Avenue, the “gold coast” of Kennebunkport, this romantic inn is just a five minute drive from the center of Kennebunkport’s ‘Dock Square’ and the Lower Village of Kennebunk. Guests can enjoy coffee or tea on the front porch before a delicious breakfast in the only oceanfront dining room in Kennebunkport.
